Chinese Chef began in 1984 in Springfield, Missouri, with a simple goal: to serve flavorful Chinese food made with the care and tradition of a family kitchen, with a little Ozark flair.

That same year, we introduced Springfield’s first full-service Chinese restaurant drive-thru, making it easy for families and busy customers to enjoy their favorite dishes on the go. Since then, we’ve grown from a small family kitchen into a local favorite, staying true to fresh ingredients, family recipes, and good food made with care.
